If you’ve never been to a 305 class, picture this: lights down, DJ booth lit, 50 minutes of dance-cardio that feels less like a workout and more like a Friday night warm-up. Now picture it on a Tuesday morning at 7am with people in their work bag hanging up by the door.

What 305 is

It’s dance cardio with a live DJ in the room — not a Spotify playlist. Each class runs roughly 50 minutes. You sweat hard, sing loud, leave feeling lighter than when you walked in.

No experience required. No mirror anxiety. Whoever you are, the rule is the same: just move.

What to bring

  • Sneakers (any kind, comfortable matters more than expensive)
  • Water bottle
  • A friend if you’re nervous
  • An open mind if you’re skeptical

That’s it. We supply the music, the energy, and a 305 instructor who will be louder than you expect.
